Due to the bad weather the decision has been made to cancel Sundays Trial at Hardstiles.
The land is far too wet and the rain is not forecast too slow down either in the next 24 hours.
Richmond Motor Club would like to give their congratulations to Jack Price for winning this year’s Scott Trial – for the third time in a row, a great achievement.
Full provisional results are available to download here – Please Note: The results have changed from the presentation evening as those were provisional and have now been amended.

2023 Manufacturers Teams Results
As always we would like to thank all those who made this year’s trial happen – too many to mention – but especially the landowners without who’s permission we couldn’t run the greatest one day trial in the world and the observers who stand out all day! Special thanks must also go to all the riders and supporters who make the trial such a great event and help us to raise so much money each year for the Scott Charities.
The countdown to this years Scott Trial has really begun with only 4 days to go! Please dont forget to read your final instuctions as these have changed slightly from previous years – especially re petrol and the amount of cans you need. Scott Trial Final instructions 2023
We have had a couple of rider changes so an updated rider list is available here: Scott Trial – Rider Entry List 2023 – updated
As you will see there are a couple of spaces so if anyone wants a last minute ride just email Ken at scottsecretary@richmondmotorclub.com or phone 07703222147
Programmes are available at all the usual outlets and will also be for sale on the start field on the morning of the trial, along with spectator maps as these are not in this years programme. Its now too late to order a programme to be posted.
We hope all the training is going well and look forward to seeing everyone on the 14th!

With just under 3 weeks to go, Scott Preparations are well on the way. Once again we are not emailing out the numbers and final instructions this year, but you can download a list here:
Scott Trial – Rider Entry List 2023
Please take a good look at the list of riders, numbers and start times to make sure that you know what time you are setting off and to get the right number on your petrol cans. The Clerk of the Course has once again requested that the winner of the previous Scott Trial is last man away. As you will see there is no waiting list this year so anyone that would like a last minute ride please let the Scott Secretary know as soon as possible by emailing Ken at scottsecretary@richmondmotorclub.com or phone 07703222147
Also please make sure that you read the Final Instructions – this is very important as there is essential information to make sure that you know exactly what is expected on the day and the run up to the day etc, and they have changed from previous years (6 petrol cans needed rather than 5 etc). When signing on you will be asked to sign saying that you have read and agree to these instructions: Scott Trial Final instructions 2023
